Bad week of training

Ok…I was supposed to get up at 5 AM to train this morning. Thuderstorms woke me up several times last night so I didn’t get a good night’s sleep so I slept in. This caps off a miserable week of training. A whopping 1.5 hours this week when I am aiming at 6-8 hours a week. Since we are traveling this weekend no training this weekend. So this week is in the can. Well, at least the two short 45 minute sessions I had this week were intense.

Next week will be similar as we are traveling next weekend as well. So no Saturday ride. I will really have to concentrate on getting to bed on time and getting up for 5 AM training sessions every day next week.
