Great training week 5/30/2009

Had a wonderful week of training. It helped that Monday was a holiday ;) . Got a good amount of training and some good intensity. My typical target is between 6-8 hours a week. So I was able to go a little above and beyond this week. Plus I made some new personal bests this week. Best one hour avg power (250 watts). Longest ride maintaining 20 mph avg speed (same ride) and of course a course record on the 20 mile morning training course. Here are the numbers.

162.78 miles, 9:17:48, 7,532 ascent, 207 watts avg power, 146 bpm avg hr, 7,587 calories.
